Bouldering Workouts
  • Point Game:  Set a V-point goal for the day. Climb problems and accumulate points per V-grade to reach your goal. Increase point goal each week.
  • Pyramid:  High volume of easy problems progressing to low volume of hard problem.
  • Diamond:  Low volume of easy problems progressing to a high volume of hard problems, and the retrace. 
  • 4x4:  Pick four problems (A,B,C,D). Complete each of the four problems back to back. 3 minute rest between sets, and repeat 4 times.
  •  Spanish:  Pick 9 problems of increasing difficulty. Climb each one at a time, 3 times in a row, 3 minutes rest, then proceed to the problem of next highest difficulty. Falling 3 times on a problem counts as 1 completion.
